The Program is open to U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age or older. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises, or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Athena/RevitaLash Cosmetics, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Individuals can enroll by creating an account at revitalash.com. Becoming an RLC Loyalist is free and no initial purchase is required in order to join.

Complete specified tasks, such as signing up, following us, liking us on social media and more - and watch your points add up.

Refer a Friend and you both score! Your friend will receive 15% off their first purchase and you will receive 1500 bonus points added to your account once they complete their first purchase.

In order for your points to show up, you must be logged in to your RLC Loyalist account before you check out, and your purchase will automatically be credited to your account once your products have shipped. Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

If you performed an action, such as signing up or following us on social media it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to reflect this action. If your point balance does not look right after 24 hours, please contact our Consumer Care team at 877-909-5274 (option 1) so we can assist you.

To check your point balance and VIP status, simply login to your RLC Loyalist account here. Your point total will appear in the top section of your account and your VIP status will appear as you scroll down to the “VIP Status” section of your account. 

Your points will remain valid unless there is 24 months of inactivity on your account. Inactivity would be anyone who has not earned or redeemed any points within 24 months.

Your rewards expire 6 months after being issued.

Any points earned on the returned merchandise are deducted from your points balance. Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned and your VIP status will be updated accordingly.

For a return and/or exchange of products awarded through the redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.

Please note: a negative points balance can result if you return a product with a point value greater than the amount of points in your account balance.

All RevitaLash Cosmetics products from www.revitalash.com are eligible for points or rewards redemption. However, donations, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees are excluded.

Make sure you are logged in to your RLC Loyalist account here. If you have enough points available to redeem, click “ways to redeem” in your RLC Loyalist account and select the reward you wish to redeem for. Please note, you can only utilize one code per order. 

Points can be redeemed at revitalash.com for purchases in increments of $10 for every 1000 points redeemed, provided that the RLC Loyalists’ purchase is equal to or greater than the value of points being redeemed (i.e. to use a $10 reward there is a minimum purchase amount of $10).

Once you qualify for a VIP tier, you will maintain that status for the remainder of the calendar year and the following full calendar year. Each subsequent new calendar year requires you to meet the spend threshold to maintain your VIP tier.

Yes. Only RLC Loyalists have access to our referral program.

A Qualified Referral is defined as a Referred Customer who makes their first purchase at revitalash.com utilizing a link provided by a Referrer.

Please note: any additional purchases after the first purchase made by a Qualified Referral are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Meaning you will only earn points once per each Qualified Referral.

Referrers (RLC Loyalists) will earn 1500 bonus points for each Qualified Referral once a purchase is completed.
